Before Production: Orders can be cancelled without any charges before the production of the customized product has started. Once the production process begins, cancellations may not be accepted.
Within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Eligibility for COD
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across India. However, certain high-value orders or remote locations may have specific terms and conditions. Please review the details below:
Order Value Limit: COD is available for orders up to 2499. For orders exceeding this amount, please use our other payment options.
Serviceable Locations: COD is available in all major cities and towns. For remote locations, Please confirm before order.
How to Place a COD Order

Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds are not available for the following situations:
Customization details provided by you were incorrect.
- Change of mind after the customization process has begun or the product has been delivered.
- Minor variations in color or design that do not affect the overall functionality of the product.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with photographic evidence if applicable.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Return the Product: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, within 14 days of receiving the RAN. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions and Special Cases
